Wei-Chi established The Herbal Path in November of 2004 in Oak Bay of Victoria. Her passion for Chinese Medicine has inspired her in her daily practice to help people who need help. She speaks fluent English and has been a health consultant and practitioner in Taiwan and Canada for 30 years. She is from a family with medical professions such as surgeon, orthopaedic doctor, nurse, physiotherapy doctor and TCM practitioner. Wei-Chi practices ancient Classical Chinese Medicine. She treats the root causes of patients’ issues including cold and flu, pain syndromes, sleep disorders, digestive problems, women's issues, stress relief, immunity and many more. She believes that 'prevention' is better than 'cure' and will work with you to re-build health. Besides her treatments, she asks patients to learn and make an effort on daily self-healing methods that she suggests. Wei-Chi thinks that each practitioner has different techniques and approaches. Rong-Chuan (Jane) HsuRegistered Acupuncturist and Herbalist in BC, Canada
Jane Hsu is a Registered Acupuncturist and Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner hailing from Taiwan, where she was a practising physician of internal medicine for 20 years. Jane immigrated with her family to Victoria in 2007. She then studied Chinese medicine for four years. This balance of theoretical and clinical experience enables her to treat acute conditions with Western medicine and utilize Chinese medicine for the root of the illness, resulting in advanced skills treating headaches, respiratory diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, arthritis, joint sprains, menstrual cramps, and postmenopausal symptoms. She is also skilled at treating symptoms like anxiety, depression, insomnia, and stress. Her main approaches are including acupuncture, copping, diet and herbal medicine. |

He obtained his degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine with honors from Xiamen University, a prestigious institution located in Xiamen, Fujian, China. With an extensive clinical background in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yi-Chieh Huang has developed a unique technique of acupressure under the mentorship of Dr. Xian Liao, a distinguished professor and doctor of TCM at Xiamen University.
